Hey so you had a bad time, tomorrow you'll be back things will adjust. I always reflect too on things like this about myself and it's the worst. It sucks when you're in the middle of it and can't seem to let things go. I will say thinking about does help to a degree, it's almost like figuring what kind of person you are. Sometimes dwelling on things for awhile isn't the healthiest, but you'll probably find it's easier to just live your life. I screw up, you screw up, everyone screws up at some point, but hey we're all just human ^^
